Until I was 14 I actually had to wear Lederhosen and cardigans. That made me a welcome victim of beatings at school. Everyone else wore jeans and cord.

Today it is very humiliating for me to have to walk around like this again.

Cardigans go particularly well with leather pants but also with school uniforms
